Yes. Every pack maps to a specific PSA‑graded card with a cert number, physically held in the PSA Vault. The token is a 1:1 claim on that slab.
How is market value set for the 95% sell‑back?
From recent PSA‑graded sales for the same card and grade, refreshed continuously. The number you see on the reveal is the number you're paid against.
Can the house rig a pull?
No. Draws use verifiable randomness recorded onchain, and the odds table is fixed at the moment you buy.
What does it cost to ship?
Storage and insurance in the Vault are free. Shipping follows PSA Vault's withdrawal fee ($1.99 under 90 days, $4.99 after) plus carrier cost.
